Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of 3012 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your account information with anyone. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until we are notified of any unauthorised access.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal can be processed. This is an industry-standard procedure that protects your account against fraud and unauthorised access. Documents typically required include a valid copy of your national ID or passport.
The 3012 platform reserves the right to request additional verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction being placed on the account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree to use the 3012 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using third-party software, bots, or any automated means to access or operate the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the platform
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with system operations
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner contrary to the intent of those promotions
- Disclosing another person's personal information or using an account that belongs to someone else
- Sharing or reselling access to your account to any third party

Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the 3012 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking and digital wallets. Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform, subject to completion of any required account verification. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your platform account.
The platform reserves the right to hold or delay a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to investigate any unusual activity. Any transaction fees charged by a bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the user.
All transactions that have been successfully processed are final. 3012 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect transaction details entered by the user. Please review your transaction details carefully before confirming any payment or withdrawal.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 3012 platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond our control — such as network disruptions — may cause temporary outages. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.
Account Suspension and Closure
The platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or unlawful use. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 3012 support team via email. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded once the identity verification process has been completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on the 3012 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and layout — is the exclusive property of this platform. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this content without explicit written consent from management.
The 3012 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
3012 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the platform. Continued use after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to the use of this platform.
